Field Agent will take high-quality camera phone pictures all around the outside of the home and every single room inside the home. We can get as detailed as you want. We will customize a photo package specific to your requirements. We will make sure the time of day is appropriate to allow for plenty of light.

Exterior & Interior Photos plus Lock Box setups

(LockBox fee included). Field Agent will pickup a Lock Box and deliver and set it up at the residence. Field Agent will also take pictures of every room inside the home and from every angle outside of the home. We will make sure the time of day is appropriate

Lock Box Setup:
(LockBox fee included) Field Agent will pickup a Lock Box, deliver and set it up at the residence. Photo proof of lock box on the door will be provided.

Showings:
Field Agent will unlock the door utilizing the Lock Box to allow potential home buyers to walk through the house. Our Field Agent will act as your eyes and ears, making sure the buyers don’t interact with the seller, and will refer all questions back to you. Once they have finished the walk through, the Field Agent will lock up the house and place the key back into the Lock Box. Sign-in sheet will be scanned back to you. (Includes 1 hour of time)

LandView:
Field Agent will use a high-quality camera phone to capture detailed images that encompass the exterior landscape. We will make sure the time of day is appropriate to allow for plenty of light. Field agent will also print out your contact information to hand off to the subject, OR post your contact information on the door if nobody is home. Field Agent will also attempt to get updated contact informa- tion from the subject or pass on a verbal message from you at this time as well.

Document Notarized w Scans:

Notary Public will notarize any document of your choice.
